i'm at the license branch on e washington waiting for the cops to show up. they are alledging crimal trespass.

i was assaulted and battered 

touched me in an insolent manner rude angry or insolent. armed black man. 

iofficers conspired to destroy evidence/impede my investigation.

who is cc? what is her job title, pay, work history, nothing privileges just basics.

ok so what happened? this morning i met with the disciplinary commission and maybe worked out a settlement about the time i said i was armed and dangerous. so i might have been in a mood. went to election division, no thsat was later at 4 pm.
