to do
letter to midland credit.
dear sirs,
january 9th i was robbed
he broke into my house. dennis d washington jr. we are known to each other.
he punched me the stomach when i wouldnt give him money.
i grappled with him and threw us down the basemnt stairs.
he demanded money again. i refused. he hit me on the jaw harder than i've ever been hit. a year later my left ear still doesnt work right. he took my wallet from my pocket and left.
over the next month he went around town spending money on my 5th 3rd credit card. it is urgent to me that he be prosecuted for the credit card thefts as a way to addrress his assault snd robbery of me. this is not even mentioning the 4 times he beat up our friend michelle russell.
about a week after the incident, i went around ot my banks to cancel my cards. chase and pnc were helpful. at 5th 3rd at 201 n illinois the female bank manager refused to help me since i did not have my ID since my wallet had been stolen. she became hostile and ordered me to leave and was about to call security so i left. i was deeply upset by this incident.
much later, when my nerves were calmer, i went back to that braanch and spoke to Jason. He was helpful and friendly and orinted out the fraudulen t transaction for me.
but i was not able to get him to pick up the phone in his office and call his fraud department.
the stolen totl was about $1000. I had paid about half of that.
Richie Roo, hats his name? I tendered payment of two checks totalling around $505. I was told, that since they had closed my account, I would be charged $5 a check. I refused, offended.
Later these checks were stoilen from me. probably b y Michelle.
So if you are writing me emails saying hey where's our $505, I am writing to remind you that you were offered it and declined.
Possibly a poor tactical decision on your part.
